Thank goodness that the temperature had dropped and there was even misty rain from time to time; the greens were a touch receptive and running well; shame about some of the bunkers! The scoring was excessive with the average 34. Crispies were still coming into the car park late- in fact, Birdy had conducted meetings at work, making colleagues stand throughout and not allowing any discussion in order to get onto the first tee breathing easily; unlike last week, when he was literally running onto his first shot.
